There comes a time in life where we are faced with decisions that will make us uncomfortable. It is during these times that our strength shines through. Especially if the decision to be made is a difficult one. Many people have a false perception that life will be easy. However, there will come a point when we will all experience trials and tribulations. It is up to us how we respond. We can either choose to go through it or remain stagnant in it. At the end of the day, change is going to happen. We cannot avoid it. Sometimes, it is easier to go through than to run away from our issues. We may find ourselves running for the rest of our lives if we choose the latter.
So, we stand here at the crossroad; contemplating which direction we should take. We can either progress or regress. Nevertheless, movement will occur. Take the stance to move forward. We will come out better on the other side. There will be times when it doesn’t feel like it, but we must trust the process. Even if we are afraid, we must do it anyway. We’ll look up and find ourselves in better positions than before. We will be healthier, happier, and stronger. The strength that we possess is immeasurable. Trust the process and trust yourself. There’s nothing that we can’t handle!
